Program Structure

  • Group Brainstorming Session

    We start with a dynamic group brainstorming session to identify a clear, audacious goal that the entire team can rally behind. This goal is typically set for 3-5 years in the future, providing a bold yet achievable target that motivates and unites the team.

    Priority Identification

    Once the goal is established, we identify the key priorities that need to be addressed to achieve this goal. Each major priority is then assigned a champion from within the team to take ownership and drive progress.

    Yearly and Quarterly Initiatives

    With the major priorities set, we outline what needs to be accomplished by the end of the first year to stay on track. We then break it down further to identify specific initiatives for the upcoming quarter.

    Roadmap Creation

    By the end of the workshop, your team will have a clear, audacious goal, designated champions for each major priority, and the beginnings of a detailed roadmap. This roadmap provides a structured plan for moving forward, ensuring everyone knows their roles and responsibilities.

  • Custom Tracking System

    Monthly Leadership Team Meetings

    Once a month, we bring the entire leadership team together. During these meetings, each champion presents their progress, shares any issues they’ve encountered, and asks for support from the team. It’s also a time to celebrate successes and progress, fostering a sense of unity and accomplishment.
