I’m deeply curious about the nature of consciousness and I love to explore the power of perspective. Working with me is essentially an invitation to rewrite the narrative of your experience. Whether you choose a perspective of playful curiosity or serene acceptance, I would be honored to support you in the process.
I’ve learned that when I show up open, present, and curious—without expectations, but with vulnerability and love—I create space for others to do the same. That’s the environment I like to operate from, and I invite my clients into that space as well. It’s where we can explore new possibilities, take responsibility for our circumstances, and face the present moment without getting distracted by the past or future.
When we listen to our hearts and show up as ourselves, there’s nothing to regret. That’s why I think integrity is so critical to good leadership. What I love most about coaching is that the work I do on myself has a direct impact on the environment I create for my clients.

The years I spent coordinating a tech accelerator here in Victoria was a crash course in what it takes to build something meaningful from the ground up. I had the privilege of supporting nearly a hundred entrepreneurs as they tackled the challenges of launching their tech businesses. What really stood out to me was how much success came down to commitment—the willingness to dive in, fail, learn from it, and adapt. The founders who stuck with it, who stayed committed to their vision and kept iterating, are the ones whose businesses are thriving or continuing to grow today. Investors saw it too—they cared less about a polished business plan and more about the passion, resilience, and drive of the people at the helm. That lesson has stuck with me and continues to shape how I approach coaching today.
I believe that growth—whether in business, leadership, or life—starts with being all-in on who you are and what you stand for. That kind of commitment requires honesty, courage, and a willingness to embrace both the struggle and the joy of growth.
