We love this photo because it reflects so many of the leadership principles we value. We’re moving in the same direction, in step with one another. I’m excited to follow him. I trust that he knows the way, that he’s leading us somewhere worth going. And we’re not hesitating. We’re all in, fully committed, sprinting forward.
